Over the past years, outsourcing industry in these cities have developed rapidly; some cities not only provide a good basis for infrastructure environment, including legal policy environment, living environment, transport environment, information telecommunications environment, but also gather a large number of high-level talents, develop international outsourcing positively, (and) create a number of successful outsourcing companies.
