Nanjing, a renowned ancient capital of China is one of China's most developed cities. Also, it is one of the regions which boast the biggest centralization of international capital. In recent years, thanks to the enormous encouragement of Nanjing municipal government along with the talents, location and basic conditions of Nanjing, service outsourcing in Nanjing has leaped into the front ranks in China, making Nanjing a service outsourcing city with the biggest growth speed. At the beginning of 2009, Wang Qishan, vice premier of the State Council of P.R.C. announced in Nanjing the important decision of the State Council about developing "20 service outsourcing model cities in China" and Nanjing is one of the 20 model cities. In order to become a global service outsourcing contract center and payment center, Nanjing municipal government has made a series of preference policies and development strategies for the development of service outsourcing to attract all kinds of organizations engaged in global service outsourcing cooperation, investment and research.

About GOS
Global Outsourcing Summit (GOS) is an important milestone in the development of global service outsourcing. It is an important international conference jointly held by Asia-Pacific CEO Association (APCEO), a famous international economic organization and International Outsourcing Center (IOC), the professional international outsourcing association as well as the government of the host city.
The 1st GOS (GOS 2007) organizer in China: Tianjin Municipal People’s Government.
The 2nd GOS (GOS 2008) organizer in China: Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government.
